Not So healthy two days

Hey all

So I have a confession to make…..

These past two days I haven’t done any blogging, exercising or eating right. I feel like an idiot for snacking constantly and eating a lot of food. I felt like crap this morning. So I woke up and lifted some weights and started my day off right with a healthy breakfast

Right now I feel a little better but the negative thoughts are racing through my head. I am trying to combat them by focusing on fine tuning my training and workouts.

Right now I have nothing witty to say or funny to talk about. I do not mean to be a negative nancy but I am done with the mindless eating. Done! So thats why I am going to post pictures of every thing I eat so that I can keep track of what I am putting into my mouth!

Enough talk about that lets move on to someting else!

So I am going to ditch the C25k plan because its way to easy for me! I can run comfortably for 15 minutes without taking a walking break. So I have decided to stop telling myself that I am not runner! Jeez louise! I am going to stop telling myself that taking walking breaks are good!

So I am actualy going to commit myself to a race and commit myself to a training plan

That is the rest of the schedule! I started this C25k program in June but I lost track and ended up not following through with it. So my goal is to complete this! I can run for 15 -20 minutes straight but I want to be able to run 30 minutes without stopping! I also need to get over my fear of running in races so that maybe I can complete a 5k! Maybe! ๐Ÿ˜‰

So after that C25k Workout I completed the 30-20-10 circuit workout from Iowa Girl Eat’s blog!

After working out I headed to the dentist to get my teeth clean. I found out some good news and not so good news.

Good News is I had no cavaties! ( I am 19 years old and I have never ever had a cavaity in my life)

Bad News: I need to meet with a oral surgeon to get a consultation about my wisdom teeth

I will just have to worry about it when I come back home for Christmas break!

This morning I had a cereal bowl:

It was tasty. I am headed off to go workout and complete a bunch of errands before I have to work today!

So Relaxing

Hey All! This weekend I went on a little binge and ate alot. Like a lot alot. I am not going into details but ย I jumped off the healthy eating bandwagon and I need to get back on it. So this morning I did just that and I made my self an Egg Beater Sandwich!

mmmm mmmm mmmm ! Yum ๐Ÿ™‚

I also made a kick butt workout schedule for this week! ๐Ÿ™‚

      Sunday: OFF

 

      Monday: C25k week 5 day 1 + 30-20-10 Circuit Workout

 

      Tuesday: 30 minute intervals + shoulders, tris, biceps and abs

 

      Wednesday: C25′ week 5 day 2 + 100 workout

 

      Thursday: 50 minute intervals + Abs + Arms

 

        Friday: C25K Week 5 day 3
    Yay for Mondays and starting the week off right!

I have a busy schedule to do list today:

  • Brow Wax <—– My Greek heritage is starting to take a toll on myย appearance

  • Make a Packing List for School <—- I am moving in on the 18th!

      So this week I am declaring it the week of healthy eating and the end of mindless snacking. Yup I said it I am a snacker. When I’m bored I snack and that’s my biggest downfall. I need help! So I think after every meal that I eat I am going to chew a piece of gum and stop eating when I’m bored! Also I am going to get back on C25K running plan and encorporate more strength training in routine! ๐Ÿ™‚ hope you enjoy this weeks workout schedule:

20 minute quickie

So today i only had time for a 20 minute treadmill workout
I kind of forgot what i did but all i can say is that it was a thigh burner. If i remember i will post soon ๐Ÿ™‚

Not so wasted wednesday

So on wednesdays during the College year many people refer to wednesdays as “Wasted Wednesday”

Which basically means you are trashed on Wednesday. I have never done a wasted wednesday nor will I ever! Its only wednesday people?!?!

My Wednesday’s during the school year normally involved me doing thisย 

Yup. Thats how I roll.

So whenever Wednesday rolls around I am usually stressed and go for desserts

Today I had a very busy day. It started out with me heading down the stairs and making myself a Smoothie Bowl (mm mm mm)

It held me over until lunch.

And Last but not least was dinner Hamburger and Corn (not my most favorite dish)

Ehh whatever I am not going to complain because when I go back to school I will be eating nasty disgusting Dorm food. Last year I survived on only the salad bar and I was sooo sick of it. I need to start finding ways to cook in my dorm. Suggestions would be awesome!
