Monday: 40 minute treadmill workout +2.25 walk with my friend

Tuesday: 1 mile warmup run on treadmill + Incredible Abs 2 (on demand)

Wednesday: .70 mile warmup run ( my foot started killing me) + Incredible Abs 2 (on demand)

Thursday: OFF!

30 Leg Lifts

20 Jumping Jacks

Run 10 min on treadmill @ 6.5

(no foot pain HOORAY!)

Saturday: OFF
